Hot money flushing into the market!

When the interest rate is so low, where do you invest your money (it proves that there is a group of Malaysia that is still experiencing a surplus of cash flow) and equity market is the "easy" way. But does it work by investing blindly based on IPO prospectus and positive news? Please share with me your view.
