Sometimes, we’re not defeated by others — we’re worn out by ourselves. That constant overthinking, second-guessing, and self-doubt — that’s what really drains us. I’ve been there too. Working in the insurance industry for many years, I’ve gone through my fair share of quiet battles. From the outside, things might look fine — stable career, achievements, experience — but inside, I was fighting endless “what ifs.” There was a time when I couldn’t sleep well.
